Munny's are a blank figure that you can customise using pens, pencils, markers, paint, and other pigments. They are made out of soft vinyl and has movable joints. This Munny started as white vinyl, however they are available in other colors such as black, pink, blue, and phosphorescent green. I have been customising Munny's for quite awhile and it is certainly something you get better at. Sharpies, Posca's and acrylic paint are the best mediums to use and I advise you prime your munny with a base coat. I used a spray can of radiator enamal. Its gives a nice even finish and markers take to it well.
